1. Return & Replacement Policy

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the product received is damaged or defective.

  • In case your order arrives damaged, you must share an unedited 360° parcel opening video (taken without any pause or cuts) as proof within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Upon review and authorization from our team, we will offer an exchange or refund.
  • Any return/replacement request without prior approval from the our team will not be accepted.
  • All returns are subject to our team’s discretion after inspection.

2. What is Not Covered

  • Size issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for return/exchange.
  • We provide detailed product descriptions including fabric, measurements, and fit. Please read carefully before purchase.
  • We do not entertain any return or refund request once the product is purchased, except for physical damage or manufacturing defect.

3. Order Cancellations

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

b. Aditi-Initiated Cancellations:

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in situations such as:
    • Stock unavailability or limitation
    • Pricing or product errors
    • Operational issues
  • Customers will be notified promptly, and full refunds will be issued to the original payment method in such cases.

4. Return Shipping

  • If a return is authorized due to product damage or our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, including unauthorized returns, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges for Size/Color

  • We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences.
  • If you wish to get a different size/color, please place a new order separately.
