Return & Refund
Yes, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective. You must report it within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
Refunds are processed only if the returned product meets the return criteria. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Custom orders, items bought during sales, and products without proper unboxing proof are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier partner.
Currently, Aditi Stories ships only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.
