4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are dispatched within 15–20 working days after the order is confirmed.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holidays.
  • Shipping within Kerala is free; outside Kerala is ₹50 per piece. International shipping charges are based on weight and location.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are provided unless the product is received in damaged condition.
  • A 360° uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage claim.
  • Do not return items without receiving approval from our team.
  • Custom-stitched or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Customer cancellations are allowed only before the fabric is cut or the stitching process begins.
  • Saree Stories by Midhila reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, pricing errors, or operational concerns.

7. Payment & Security

  • We accept payments through secure third-party gateways.
  • We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions that occur on your banking platform.
  • International customers can pay using valid credit/debit cards.

8. Intellectual Property
